Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Peramore Limited guarantees your jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects for Lifetime  as We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry.

Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings/ bracelets, lost jewelry, or jewelry damaged due to improper use, cleaning or storage. The Peramore Limited warranty only applies to Peramore Limited  online purchases.

Because we stand behind our designs and our jewelers, any third-party or outside jeweler altering or servicing your jewelry will void your warranty with us. Repair requests from countries other than the US and Europe are examined case by case. Lifetime Warranty: Engagement Rings & Wedding Bands

Peramore Limited guarantees your engagement ring and wedding band to be free of manufacturing defects. If you believe your ring has a defect, you are able to send it back to us at any time for an inspection where we will repair or replace your ring as deemed appropriate. Manufacturing defects include missing pave stones (stones 0.02ct and under), loose diamonds, and loose prongs. As each ring is made-to-order and crafted by hand specifically for you, slight variations are to be expected, and are not viewed as a defect. If the damage is deemed outside of a manufacturing defect, we'll always let you know the price of a repair before beginning any work on the ring.

This warranty does not apply to the replacement of a center stone, or any stone larger than .02ct. Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, discoloration due to contact with harsh chemicals, warped rings or damage due to improper use, cleaning or storage.

Because we stand behind all our designs and our jewelers, any third-party or outside jeweler altering your jewelry will void your warranty with us! The only exception to this is if you're purchasing outside of the United States and need a third-party jeweler to resize your ring.

To be eligible for the warranty:

• Please be sure the ring and diamond has not been exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions.
• The ring needs to have been stored and handled correctly. An abused, altered or incorrectly cleaned ring is not eligible for a repair within warranty.
• Ring needs to be in the possession of the original purchaser, as this warranty is not-transferable.

 

 

 

 

 

Diamond Upgrades

For a diamond set in a Peramore engagement ring:

Any certified solitaire diamond purchased in Peramore Limited engagement rings  (1.0ct and above) is eligible for an upgrade for the lifetime of the original purchaser. We forever guarantee the value of your Peramore engagement ring diamond, which can be returned for credit equivalent to the original purchase price for any diamond jewelry purchase on Peramorediamond.com, that is at least fifty percent greater in value. Your purchase must include either jewelry that features a 1ct+ diamond, or an engagement ring. This credit does not include the price of your setting, duty/tax paid on the diamond or shipping costs, and is non-transferable. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of your newly purchased jewelry, before any credit is applied. The entire credit must be used towards your order, and your diamond jewelry purchases are a final sale. To be eligible for the Diamond Upgrade Program, your diamond must be in its original condition with the original purchase receipt and diamond certificate. Any damage to the original diamond may disqualify the diamond from this program.

Once the diamond has been verified and inspected, the original setting will be returned to you. Please note, your setting is non refundable, and if you choose to purchase another Peramore engagement ring, a new setting will need to be purchased, as each setting is made-to-order based on the diamond's specific measurements.

Placing and Tracking Your Order

Peramore provides online order processing or if you prefer, we can process your order over a video call. Please contact service@peramorediamond.com. It is our pleasure to have one of our experienced representatives assist you! Please note that your order will be processed only after your credit card is approved or alternate payment is made.

Once you place your order and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us at service@peramorediamond.com to check the status of your order.

Once Peramore ships your order, you will receive another confirmation email indicating when you should expect to receive your package

 

 

Taxes

Please note that US sales tax requirements may be subject to change due to the recent Supreme Court ruling on sales tax.

For US Orders, Peramore Limited collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, Washington state, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. For orders shipped to Canada, the UK, or Australia, Peramore Limited collects the relevant GST/PST/HST/VAT based on the country/province that the order is being shipped to. For orders shipped to the UK, Peramore Limited collects the relevant duties GST/VAT for each order. Taxes and duties on orders will be calculated based on the rates in effect the date your order ships.No additional duty VAT/GST is charged for EU countries delivery. Delivery to any other Country is subject to local import  duty and GST/VAT enforced at the moment of delivery.

 

Gift Card

A Peramore gift card is perfect for any occasion. You will receive your gift card reference code via email after your payment is complete and your full order is verified with details on how to use. To redeem your gift card, enter your unique reference code in the “Gift Card or Promo Code” field of your shopping cart. Peramore does not collect sales tax on purchases of gift card. Customers may only purchase one gift card at a time. Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused portion of the gift card will remain available for future purchases under the same gift certificate reference code. Peramore is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
