PerAmore Returns & Exchange Policies

We offer a complementary 30 days completely free “ No Question Asked” return policy to ensure your purchase is trouble free and exactly what you needed for our in stock jewelry.

Our Free refund, exchange and resize policy timeline begins when your purchase is marked for delivery or delivery date on shipping documents whichever is earlier.

Within 30 days from this date PerAmore is proud to offer one complementary resizing with free shipping both ways. This free service do not apply for the following items for which a resize fee will apply:

Engraved rings

Eternity rings

Custom made rings

Modified rings from one of our original models

Only one item can be returned or exchanged per customer during the 30 days period 

Only one free resizing allowed per item

Return Policy:

One of the following reasons will void our 30 days free return policy:

  • If a diamond is set in a Semi-Mounting by anyone other than PerAmore
  • If the ring has been worn
  • Any special orders
  • Sized outside of PerAmore recommended sizing  parameters
  • Any head changes
  • Any product missing the original sales receipt is non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Custom made and or altered
  • Custom engraved items
  • Any diamond which not match the original certificate specifications

How to Return An Order :

  1. Your Return Authorization Code. Email us to request your Return Authorization Code. You will then be emailed PDF return instructions. Please print and include this letter in your shipment back to us for identification purposes.
  2. You will receive also a Return Shipping Prepaid Label

Package Your Return and Include all original packaging and labels, free accessories, and collateral material as well as original diamond certificate ( a $250 replacement fee will be charged for any missing certificate) Enclose your item inside its original ring/jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order. Place the ring/jewelry box inside the medium box. Place the medium box inside the larger box. If you do not have the original packaging, please include the ring/jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box and seal it. Place the small FedEx Priority box inside a medium FedEx Priority box. Affix the label to the outside of the larger box and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. PerAmore and FedEx are not responsible for packages dropped off in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx staffed locations. Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped - this receipt will act as proof of insurance.

  1. The recorded shipping date back to PerAmore must be within 30 days from the confirmed date you received your package. Any item subject to return shipped outside of this time restriction will not be accepted for return.

We are handcrafted jewelers, which means we put a lot of labor and love into making your jewelry. - to ensure your jewelry is always of the highest standards. When a ring is returned, we melt it down and start again. There are many labor costs associated with making a ring this way.


After your item is received it will be going thru our receiving QC which will check that the integrity of the item and will issue a final statement which will be sent to your registered email and settled by the same method on the same account the original payment was done within 30 days from the issuance of the final statement.
